An environmentally friendly alternative to replacing your old refrigerants is to have them recycled. PGES offers recycling of all refrigerants. This process removes, oil, suspended matter and other impurities to bring your used refrigerant back to current AHRI standards.

This process is used extensively throughout Europe and America, were virgin HCFC’s (such as R-22) are banned from production and importation. But as there is no current ban on recycled HCFC’s, recycling is seen as a cost effective solution.

When we recycle a customer’s refrigerant we provide a lab test report showing the customer that their recycled refrigerant is meeting the current AHRI standard and that the refrigerant is ready to use again.
